Grand Masters of Wrestling

Jeff Bukantz, a fencer and future captain of the United States Fencing Team (2004 and 2008) decided to mix his two loves, the children of Maccabiah Sports for Israel, and Professional Wrestling. After receiving minimal training from "Iron" Mike Sharpe ("I Don't Bump" he famously said) and connecting with Nikolai Volkoff, Sharpe, The Iron Sheik, Ken Patera, Killer Kowalski, Baron Von Raschke, Freddie Blassie, Doink The Clown, Devon Storm, Dawn Marie, Ace Darling, Rocco Rock, Superfly Jimmy Snuka, and a host of others, Bukantz put on the events (the first in his cul-de-sac, the second at Livingston High School) and raised money for the children! In 2006, Jeff's cousin Mike (The ring announcer) was a higher up at Digiview Entertainment and priced at $1.00, "Grand Masters of Wrestling" became the #1 selling Professional Wrestling DVD of all time! Sadly, as of 2024, Ken Patera and Baron Von Raschke ate the only legends alive from these iconic events.
