These are daily quick hiit workouts designed to be under 5 minutes. You can use these quick hiit workouts as quick fat burner workouts to do before breakfast, you can use them as finishers to your regular workout or you can use them as a workout on a day you just can't quite squeeze a full workout in. They are 5 minutes and the key to staying on track during the holiday season is to at least do SOMETHING healthy for yourself. This is that something! These Quick Hiit Workouts are designed to be anaerobic. You will sweat, you will burn fat and you will lose your breath. That's the goal! They are short so they MUST be intense.
