Punishment For Decadence [2016 Fan Remasterd]

10 videos • 22,948 views • by Shreddy Krueger Remasters Coroner's sophomore record "Punishment For Decadence" was where they really found their original sound. RIP was a good first offering but the lyrical content and song structure elements were clearly lacking. Punishment really stepped things up with more political lyrics that get very catchy and interesting instrumentals with twists in turns that would be come to be known as Coroner's style. Mix wise, Punishment falls somewhere between RIP's shitty guitar tone (IMO) and No More Color's Gritty but punchy mix. So when I went in to master this record I had two good examples for how I could go about things. The result is a master with a sound that has not drastically changed (like my remaster of RIP) but more so drastically improved for greater listen-ability (think of No More Color remaster).
