After selecting the worst offenders, we begin the grueling makeover process from start to finish with the help of our dynamic, opinionated and sometimes sassy designers, hair stylists and make up artists. Shot with hidden cameras to capture the sartorially sad fresh off the street, the worst offenders are given the chance of rehabilitation through immediate makeover. Is it a crime to look bad? Not when the Fashion Police are on the beat! Can we reform these fashion criminals into stylish trendsetters?
