There is a good reason for the cycle name. There are peculiar songs for each season, which one can hear all over Japan. • I composed "Japanese Seasons" by order of the wonderful pianist Nikolai Tokarev. His unusual idea inspired me incredibly! • "Japanese Seasons" are not arrangements of Japanese songs. It is a kind of fusion of three directions of musical culture - Eastern, Japanese (songs), Western (genres) and East-Western, Russian (composer), a synthesis of three musical worlds in the aesthetics of Inspirism. • A list of pieces.
