Readers who are not yet accustomed to it may feel overwhelmed when reading the lengthy Surahs.How long does it take to memorize the Quran, then? It takes two to three years to fully understand the Quran. Some folks are able to complete it faster. But, memorizing it in less than two years is not advisable because it is likely to be forgotten subsequently. Read one Juz of the Quran every day for 30 days to finish all 30 Juz separately. Read 4 pages each day after the Fardhu (obligatory) prayer because 1 Juz has 20 pages.
