It simply means exerting less force on the body, especially on the joints. We listen, create, and deliver a new high-intensity, low-impact training program. We are combining the benefits of HIIT with the safer, gentler aspects of a low-impact workout. We create 25 high-intensity, low-impact training sessions to increase your heart rate; you will burn calories, improve cardio and muscle strength, and protect yourself from injury, joint damage, and pain. HILIT your training with KO8 and Kettlebells: • Mix kettlebell, suspension, and resistance training. Combine and conquer. • Sessions: 20-25 min per day, short and efficient. • Low-impact workouts are less painful. We want you to enjoy every session. • Gentler on the joints and open to more people. They suit pregnant women, people with chronic illnesses, and people new to fitness. We design circuits mostly in Tabata sessions. Alternating moves every day is a new challenge; you can increase or decrease the resistance according to your fitness level; this is a self-phased program; you will be stronger every day and use kettlebells.
