Watch in amazement as the french crusader Christof Romuald gets wounded in battle against heathens only to be pulled back from the brink of death by nuns in a convent in Prague. But not all is peaceful and calm in the city as the streets run rampart with ghouls and monsters during the night that ever grow bolder to kill and do worse than kill. It is up to our hero to clear the streets and defeat the evil that lurks in the silver mines close by. These are not the only forces acting in the city however, and Christof finds him quickly dragged into a new world of intrigues and shadow politics as he gets claimed by one of the vampire clans acting in the city...
