J.S. Bach: Two-Part Inventions (on clavichord)

It is triple fretted, case of walnut, with ebony accidentals and olive naturals. This replica was built by Jack Peters of Seattle ( http://www.jackpeters.com ). There are those who say that one should not, and must not, play Bach on triple-fretted clavichords. No doubt I am very wicked to do so, but I find that they work quite well, with only a few problems that arise because of the triple fretting, most noticeably in the 2nd, 6th, and 12th. Because of the small size of the keys (and the relatively large size of my hands), some of the Inventions that use lots of black keys are especially tricky. I hope you find it enjoyable to hear these well-known pieces on such an unusual instrument.
