One of the first and most important steps toward keeping our ecosystems healthy is to go outside and enjoy them as much as possible. You can go hiking, camping, bird watching, fishing, dancing, etc. Yes, dancing in nature helps me care about nature, so try it, maybe it will work for you. Step 2 is to realize that you are not separate from nature. All of the ingredients that make up you or out there. Yes, for real. You are nature. So learning and caring for nature is learning and caring about yourself, or your momma, or your kids, or... you get my point. Third step is to become informed. Becoming informed sounds boring, but it's not. I'll say it in a different way for those of you who insist that "becoming informed" sound boring. How about "explore and discover"!? Yes, explore and discover as much as possible by reading about and experiencing natural processes, wildlife, and sustainable practices. I will try to help you with my videos as long as you promise to go outside and do your own discovering.
