Although the tv series was not made, the pilot featuring Wolverine, Cyclops, Nightcrawler, Storm, Colossus, Dazzler, Magneto, Blob, Pyro, Juggernaut and several others attained a cult like following. It was the basis for a comic book version as well as the 1992 Beat'em-up Konami arcade game.
