4 videos • 173 views • by MyersMetalWorks Another one of my some day project was to purchase some type of old muscle car or sports car, and restore it to running condition, so me and my wife would have something to tool around in... This 1971 Corvette came up for sale in 2017 and I was told it had been in the family since 1974, but by the looks of the tag and inspection sticker something happened in 1995 and the car was not driven any more... I didn't ask for details... The gas tank was out... The brakes didn't work... Well almost nothing worked... But by the third and fourth video the car was shaping up and many of the non-functioning parts were in working order and the car was looking pretty nice, and had a good stance to it... Well when a car looks nice you get interest in it and now the car has a new owner.... So maybe sometime in the future me and my wife will run across another car to bring back to life...
