It was released on April 20, 2004 by Empire MusicWerks, but was soon recalled due to a lawsuit by Marilyn Manson over the unauthorized use of his drawings in the packaging. The compilation was reissued without Manson's drawings, in addition to the absence of a bonus DVD featuring three live songs overdubbed with their respective remastered tracks.
