What is little known is the community that has been forged and centered around this symbolic river. What Chris and Sam hope to expose and divulge through their visits and interviews from 2012 is to show the human element of both a ecological and community achievement. The Cuyahoga, although more famous for its terrible past, is a growing example of how resilient a river and its community can be.
