Everyone's always talking about mindfulness like it can help with anything, and I wanted to put it to the test. By using a program called Eat Right Now from Dr. Judson Brewer, I integrated mindfulness into my weight loss journey, and I was blown away by the results. The process had nothing to do with exercise or some diet trend. All it had to do with was paying attention, bringing awareness to the present moment as well as a gentle curiosity. Within two months, I was down 30lbs, and this is my journey.
