Hey everyone this is a channel focused around lifting, training, nutrition, and a few other personal interests such as gaming and college life. Recently completed Athlean X Breakout. Currently I am running an tiger fitness program called "the Doug Hepburn Power and Pump Method for Average Joes" . Plan on doing program reviews with as little spoiling as possible. Looking to get form advice on my lifts so would welcome constructive criticism. My goals lie in general strength and conditioning. Hoping to slim down to 175. Perhaps powerlifting competing is in my future but do not have current plans.
