We aim to serve anyone interested in traditional integral yoga a.k.a. Sivananda Yoga, which includes:

* Pranayama - breath management to increase lung capacity & mental clarity, cleanse the lungs, & harmonize the energetic channels.
* Meditation - to build, grow and maintain a healthy mental state, mental focus & clarity, emotional balance & resilience through powerful mantras, affirmations & visualizations. They decrease stress, anxiety, self-doubt, negative thoughts & emotions.
* Chanting - the beautiful chants are an energetic power house and the shortest path to blissful meditation.
* Yogic philosophy - various teachings of Swami Sivananda, a self-realized sage, and his close disciple, Swami Vishnudevananda.
