Hi, I'm Michael, I'm sixteen years old and live in Old Lyme with my dad. My parents got divorced in 2019, and I stayed with my father, moving to Connecticut, and I recently discovered Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and combat sports as a whole about a year ago (as of 2024) and became engrossed in it. I love it, it is by far the sport where I've grown the most, whether it be athletically, mentally, or otherwise. I am a white belt with two stripes, so I'm not that great, but I did just win gold yesterday (April 5th as of posting), so I think that's worth something. I made this channel, more than anything to document my progress in combat sports.
