I believe that strength, balance and flexibility of body and mind are important for independence throughout our lives.
My yoga teaching comes straight from my heart. I love sharing my love of yoga with anyone who is willing to slow down, breath deep and move with kindness, compassion and acceptance.
I specialize in teaching slow gentle yoga for those over 40 who are ready to build strength and resilience. I also teach osteoporosis yoga for bones and Yin yoga for joints.

RYT 300 (2019) & YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing education Provider) since 2020.
I am Also certified in Yoga for Healthy Aging and Yoga for Arthritis.
I found yoga when I was 40 going through a personal crisis.
Practicing Yoga saved my life and I found I loved teaching as well.
I try to upload one video each week usually on Saturday or Sunday.
