Erick Aleixo, a native of North Carolina, United States, was born in 2005. He possesses a diverse musical background and has participated in various concert band ensembles, where he showcased his talent on the clarinet, bass clarinet, and bassoon, placing 1st chair in both regional and state bands. Notably, he also has composed and conducted two pieces for concert band. Erick has been creating music for the past five years, and his works demonstrate an upward trajectory of improvement. Remarkably, he is a completely self-taught composer who has relied solely on listening and experimentation to hone his craft. He continues to strive towards reaching his full potential and pursuing his ultimate ambition of becoming a film composer.
