1/2 cup corn syrup

Medium Batch Candy Apple Recipe: Up To 8 Small Apples/6 Large Apples
4 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup corn syrup

Large Batch Candy Apple Recipe: From 8 To 24 Apples
8 cups of sugar
2 1/2 cups of water
1 1/2 cups corn syrup

All Recipes Above Make a meduim thickness candy mixture. Never make your candy mixture to thin this is a consumer CHOKING HAZARD!!!!
