葵青地區康健中心是全港首個基層健康護理中心。「中心」是政府出資，由非政府組織 #葵青安全社區及健康城市協會 負責營運。「中心」採納「重預防、治未病、早治療」的原則，為葵青區居民提供一站式、跨專業及個案管理的醫福社協作服務。此外，建立一個以私營為主的醫療服務網絡，冀望為市民提供適時且個人化的健康照顧。

The Kwai Tsing District Health Centre (K&TDHC) is the first primary health care centre in Hong Kong. The centre is funded by HKSAR government and operated by a non-governmental organization, the Kwai Tsing Safe Community and Healthy City Association. K&TDHC adopts the principle of " Focusing on disease prevention, Treatment before illness and Early disease identification and intervention " to provide one-stop, multidisciplinary professional services and case management through a “Medical-Welfare-Community” Collaborative model for residents of Kwai Tsing District. Striving to provide timely and individualized health care to the residents by setting up a private-oriented healthcare service provider network.
