Ms. Hira Fernando, while still in her day job at Gartner, found herself using up all her free time happily "career advising" for friends & colleagues. In 2012 she quit and started coaching full-time. Word spread, people sought her for group career& job-search training Then along came the university contracts and the rest is history.

The growth was as unexpected as it was exhilarating and fulfilling.
