Joseph Buro, CAD Instructor at Staten Island Technical High School, created this channel to showcase student work, showcase school and community projects, and provide demonstrations to the students. CAD is Computer Aided Design - software that helps people draw precisely in 2D and 3D for the purpose of designing an object, building, or concept for a variety of fields of interest or professions. This can include Architecture, Engineering, Biomedical Technology, Virtual Reality, PC/Console Gaming, Digital Art, Graphic Design, Fashion, and many other outlets. At Staten Island Tech we primarily use Autodesk software including AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, 3D Studio Max, and a number of supplemental products.
