Born and raised in vibrant Amsterdam, and with both Peruvian (mother) and deep Amsterdam roots (father) - I’m an 10+ years entrepreneur and BSc expert within nutrition, wellness and hospitality industry.
I have both a BSc sports dietetics and a Bachelor of Arts.
Also, I’m @yamacuisine (a former Michelin-star Japanese chef) business partner and protégé.
And with a 10 years background in the hospitality industry of Amsterdam, I’ve honed my skills for all things fine food, drinks, restaurants and hospitality.
