Yūshin... What??? 😅

Yūshin Geiko is the name I gave to my way of practicing, sharing and teaching Karate. It’s not a style of Karate or a new martial art that I have invented, but rather it’s a personal approach and interpretation of the teaching that I myself received from my Sensei - my teachers - in Japan. Yūshin Geiko is composed of the traditional Shotokan Karate core principles and techniques, which I have enriched with Hatha Yoga and Tai Chi exercises regarding flexibility, strengthening, energy, breath control and meditation.
