Ask yourself :

2️⃣ When did I start feeling this way and why?
3️⃣ When do I feel most stressed or anxious?
4️⃣ Am I neglecting my well-being?
5️⃣ What are my current habits and routines?

These questions will make you look within & will make you mindful.

Notice the patterns and focus on solutions.
Then explore the techniques that can be incorporated into your daily life to cultivate calm & conquer stress!

Don’t wait for stress to hit. Take time for yourself, think of ways to relax, and make yourself a priority. Care for your mind and body. Think positively, love, and respect yourself.

People fold their arms for various reasons. It could be a sign of discomfort, defensiveness, a closed off attitude or something else.. and it’s important to be sensitive to the specific situation and the individual’s feelings.
