So I was always in the kitchen with my dad and that is where I fell in love with food and cooking. Then we sold the restaurant and moved across the states to a small town call Venice, LA. Just an hour away from New Orleans. Venice is a fisherman’s Paradise! Lots of seafood!! We owned a crab boat and a couple shrimp boats. And growing up on a shrimp boat and around Cajun food is where I got to fusion Asian food and Cajun food together. But after highs school, I didn’t follow my passion and listened to my dad to become an Automotive Technician. I like what I do but I love cooking. I love creating new recipes and bringing them to the table for friends and family. I love people’s reactions when they try my food.
