This channel has over 100 free yoga classes to choose from, BUT...
Mostly I'm embarrassed by these videos and I would like to delete them all 🙃
Why?
Because they include loads of outdated cues and are taught in a way that I don't subscribe to anymore.
BUT... I'm keeping this channel alive because growth is human and when I feel like it, I'll add new videos that are waaaaaay better than the old ones.
I hope there's some value in here for you, and if so, it'd be great if you SUBSCRIBED because it'll inspire me to make more videos that I'm less embarrassed of. 😎
