As an avid student of Strength, Power and Conditioning, having trained extensively as an Olympic Weightlifter and Powerlifter, but thwarted by severe injury that ultimately prevented my progression and forced me into the Coaching side of things for the past few years, I have recently shifted my focus to the sport of Armwrestling.
I aim to bring across all of the applicable information regarding training for Strength, Hypertrophy, Power and Athleticism and the Anatomical and Medical understanding for everybody interested in training towards this sport so that they may train more safely and more efficiently.
