I want to give others the career advantages that I’ve had.
I’ve found most organisations focus on the hard skills people need to do their jobs. But not the small, soft skills they need to be successful in their jobs. The skills which people need to secure their next jobs.
I’m lucky enough to have learnt some of these skills during my 20 years experience and my professional studies as a MBA and chartered accountant. I have great managers, mentors and coaches to learn from along the way.
I set up this channel to share what I’ve learned. And to help me connect with more people who I can continue to learn from.
