Lee Angold is a botanical and scientific illustrator based in Kitchener-Waterloo, Canada. Working primarily in watercolour, graphite and ink, Lee creates impactful art pieces that incorporate strong colour and texture into intimate, detailed illustrations of botanical and natural science subjects, drawing the viewer in for a closer look into even the most mundane subjects.
Lee is the past president of the Botanical Artists of Canada and a co-founder of the KW Artists Co-op, a unique co-operative shared studio/workspace in midtown KW.
