My name is Dylan and I worked for companies like BNY Mellon, Goldman Sachs and Accenture, in roles that had me dealing with CEOs, client steak dinners, and flying every week for work. I was having the time of my life, but lost sight of my health & fitness.
I decided to apply my corporate methodologies & research to fitness, using my decade of experience, I created a system to hold myself to & test myself.
As a result, I lost over 20lb of fat, gained the ability to run a marathon, lift hundreds of pounds, and finished one of the world's hardest special ops selections, covering 160+ miles with a 60lb pack.
In the military, I met 70-year-old triathletes, retired spec ops guys, and learned how they tweaked their fitness training to be running & jumping in their 70's & 80's, playing with their grandkids, and still traveling the world. And I'm on my way to doing that too.
On here, I'm documenting my life, providing free fitness & longevity education, and having fun.
