I'm a addict of 27 yrs and served 22yrs in prison due to crime to fund my heroin and crack cocaine habit..... I'm now 3yrs 6mths #nonactive in my addictions and willing to help anyone who has an addiction problem or knows someone lost in addiction...... This is not a total abstainence channel as I found it wasn't for me. If you want to lose weight you cut out the problem foods, you don't stop eating completely.......
