Dyrnwyn is a Pagan Folk Metal band from Rome born from an idea of Ivan Cenerini (bass guitar) and Ivan Coppola (drums).
The first member to be recruited was Mauro Ricotta (rhythm guitar), followed by Michela (flute), Thanatos (vocalist), Alessandro Mancini (lead guitar) and Michelangelo Iacovella (keyboards) joined the band. In december of 2013 they hit the studio to record the first demo āFatherlandā.
In early 2014 began the composition of āAd Memoriamā, focused on some key events about ancient Roman history.
The band then faced a partial lineup change and Thierry Vaccher (vocalist), Alberto Marinucci (guitar) and Jennifer Clementi (flute) joined the band.
In june of 2018 they hit the studio to record āSic Transit Gloria Mundiā and signed with the Russian label SoundAge Production.
After two years of live performances the band composed the second full length "Il Culto del Fuoco" (summer 2020), recorded at Time Collapse Recording Studio and produced by Cult of Parthenope.
