A bit about myself, I'm currently a Realtor in Singapore. Prior to that I was actually working as a financial advisor for 3 years as well but was forced to leave after. The Insurance and Real Estate industry are starting to become more popular among young Singaporeans with the promise of financial freedom that is hard to find in the corporate ladder.

In my, I'm going to discuss about the differences in both industries and also questions that are commonly asked.

Not least of all, I know first hand that it takes a lot to thrive in any job much less a self-employed one. Growing up with a speech impediment and hearing difficulties, it took a lot for me to be able to get over my fears and insecurities to dive into the self employed industry that does not provide any form financial security.
