My hope for this video channel is to spread awareness of mental illness and the struggles that come along with them. I want to be able to give information as well as share personal experiences. I think that in sharing, that it can be a source of healing. I am here to help anyone in any way that I can. I am 27 years old and have been struggling for as far back as I can remember. My main diagnosis' is an eating disorder, borderline personality disorder, major depressive disorder, and social anxiety disorder. The list does not end there though. I will do my best to help shatter the awful stigma that is unnecessary when it comes to mental health.
