Thanks to those who reached out to check in on me after the hurricane. I am okay. There is a lot of flooding and destruction in my area, no water, limited cell service and internet going in and out. The power is back on. My house survived with minimal damage, but my car is another story. It's going to take a while for the region to recover, but the community here has been great.

Warning: YouTube added a new feature called "stable volume" which is enabled by default and unfortunately makes my soft spoken videos sound terrible. Every single silence is replaced with white noise that comes back every time I stop talking.
One way to avoid this is to click on the little gear when playing a video and deactivate "stable volume", as shown in the picture.

I discovered ASMR a few years ago, and have enjoyed all the ASMR videos on YouTube created by the community. It is my turn to give back. I film videos with soft sounds that do not include tapping. From the very beginning of my ASMR journey, I disliked tapping, but could never find a uniquely non-tapping ASMR channel, so I decided to create my own. I know that this might limit my audience, but I hope that other sounds I create will be enjoyable as well.
