It wasn’t until I started meditating eight years ago now that I became aware of how much sound I was taking in and how it affected me. Since then, I’ve been using sound to comfort and realign myself, whether it be listening to birds during my morning meditation or playing ocean sounds every night while I sleep. Now, I want to share the sounds that bring me peace with all of you in the hope that you will find tranquility in at least one of these many videos I’ve put together.
