This channel presents lessons in our exploration of the integration of Wing Chun and Western Boxing. It is intended primarily for my students as a reference, but is being made public for any other interested people that would like to follow what we are doing. We believe that Wing Chun and Western Boxing complement each other well, and each brings something that the other lacks. This is also an excellent way to turn Sport Boxing into an actual martial art.
