My name is Kara Nash. I'm a registered nurse who has been working in mental health on and off since the early 2000s. I have spent much of my career specializing in autism. I have over 250 hours of continuing education in autism, including a multi-day class qualifying me to administer something called the CARS2 (Childhood Autism Rating Scale) to give an educational diagnosis of autism. My goal is to provide people touched by neurodivergence well researched information from a trained professional with literally thousands of hours in. On top of working in the field, I have an ASD diagnosis.
