I spent the first 15 years of my career as the hands-on COO of a rapidly growing architecture firm, guiding them from $1M to $10M in revenue. Since then, I’ve stepped into roles as a turnaround CEO and have had the privilege of advising hundreds of clients worldwide—from first-time founders to seasoned leaders of companies ranging from seed stage to $200M+.
I provide on-call decision support to my 1:1 clients, facilitate strategic leadership conversations, and host roundtables for founders and CEOs. I hold a degree in Psychology from Loyola University and a Certificate in Facilitation from Johns Hopkins. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me at the mic as the lead singer of my band, The Wafflers—and if you ask nicely, I might just tell you about the time I won 1st place in a Truck Pull.
