I’ve been cooking for over 50 years, and for the last 15, I’ve worked professionally—and I’m still cooking for a living. When I ran my café, I made something different every day just to stay inspired.
The recipes I share come from all kinds of places: old cookbooks, café menus, family favourites, and a few I’ve developed myself. I still love exploring new ideas, whether they come from the internet or my mum’s tried-and-true classics.
My focus is on simple, budget-friendly recipes that anyone can enjoy. I hope to inspire you to cook, experiment, and find the joy in creating something delicious.
