NO TIME TO ROCK is a creation of Jim Allen, a former terrestrial broadcasting professional and rock music enthusiast. Jim is a barely noted Appalachian by birth and world traveler by destiny (he's been to Italy - the country - AND Italy, the city in Texas).
He has never outgrown t-shirts and is determined to one day be buried wearing something that signals 'who he was' to those clever enough to perceive it.
