I am fond of cooking ever since I was a kid, probably because I grew up with parents who are good cooks. My mom who is from Bicol introduced us with coconut milk flavored foods & my dad who is a Kapampangan which we all know who are a good cook. I must say I have the best of both worlds growing up. Whenever my mom cooks during the day, I was her assistant. She tells me what and how to do things in the kitchen. Growing up I have been watching Martha Stuart and the Daza’s at Eat Bulaga’s Delmonte Kitchenomics and that’s where my interest in sharing recipes started. At the office when I was working, I always share my baon to everyone. And they told me to start a restaurant, I thought at first they were just joking but on the other companies I worked for my office mates there told me the same thing. I also love to eat, especially when samgyupsal and mukbang were introduced to us. I have been to a lot of restaurants & I can say which ones are the better. So please join me in my journey!
