✨🌹️Do THIS on 12/12 🌹✨️
🙏You may come across countless posts or watch many videos explaining what the 12/12 energy is bringing to us collectively. While I do encourage you to explore some of those, it’s time for you to focus on what this portal is offering you personally. Step into your own spiritual leadership with me through this brief meditation.
🌹First, take a moment to ground yourself. Envision roots extending from your feet deep into the Earth. Breathe deeply and slowly, releasing any tension as you drop your shoulders away from your ears. Become fully present in this moment.
Next, imagine a golden bubble of protection surrounding you as you enter this meditation, creating a safe, sacred space.
Set the intention that you will integrate the highest vibrational energy that is available and appropriate for you today, and of your great good. Trust that what you need will flow in.💕
As you settle in, bring your awareness to your mind’s eye. visualizing a portal or door in front of you. Or set that intention if visualization isnt your strong suit. This can appear however you choose—a Stargate, a glowing golden arch, or a beautiful doorway—whatever feels right. Now, notice what is in that portal for you or sense its energy.
✨️For me, I felt a buzzing energy, almost like TV static, surrounding me. I felt energy moving through my throat and heart chakras. I also felt the presence of Mother Mary and heard the word compassion echoing in my mind, as well as a sense of etheric reworking.
🙌Your experience will be unique to you, reflecting what you are ready to integrate during this 12/12. Tune into all your physical and psychic senses. What does it feel like in your body? What sounds are you hearing? What are you seeing? Fully immerse yourself in the experience, trusting that everything you need is unfolding.🧘♀️
Pay attention to how the energy is integrating within you. Perhaps you see a stream of light entering through your crown, or you might feel an expansion of energy moving from your heart outward through your body. No matter how it appears to you, know that the integration is happening.
🍃When you feel complete, return to a deep, grounding breath. Visualize this energy flowing through your body, your aura, and deep into the Earth, anchoring it in.

👽🚫 NO GALACTIC SAVIORS 🚫👽
There's a lot I want to share about this topic, but there are two main points I need to emphasize: recognizing our own divinity and embracing truth. Bear with me as I explain these ideas and how they relate to the concept of Galactic saviors.
During the Ascension process, we are essentially shedding layers of ego and density to vibrate at a higher frequency, ultimately recognizing our divinity and our oneness with the Creator. If you've been around people who identify as starseeds or belong to spiritual communities, you've likely encountered those who are waiting for a starseed race to descend and perform a "Hail Mary" for the human race. While I’m open to the idea of receiving Galactic assistance, doesn’t this idea subtly diminish your own power? Doesn’t it shift your power onto another group?
👉What if, instead, we dug deep as humans, did the hard work to uncover our natural spiritual gifts, created our own councils, and worked together to create the shift we want to see in the world? Not just by outsourcing our work to the astral realms, but also doing the work here on Earth? Wouldn’t that not only remind you of your sovereignty and power, but actually further your Ascension process?
Again, I’m not dismissing the beauty of receiving guidance from those who have gone through similar ascension processes on their own planets, and I value the wisdom they offer. However, it’s important not to overly rely on this external help.
✨️The second point I want to make is the need for discernment of truth. As we shift from 3D consciousness to 4D/5D consciousness, there is a transformation in our reality. This does mean less violence on Earth, but there is still an element of mental manipulation in these realms. Just because we are shifting in consciousness and vibrating at a higher collective level, doesn't mean there will be no conflict. While physical conflict may decrease, deception can still persist. So as we ascend and humanity evolves, the need for discernment becomes even greater. We must do the deep digging and hard work to look within our hearts, use our intuitive knowing, and discern what is true and what is deceptive. Not all starseed groups or individuals have the purest intentions, even if they claim to.
👽If you're a starseed, and someone is telling you to rely on a Galactic savior, or if you’re in contact with starseed races or councils claiming to be helping humanity, please use discernment. Don’t forget that action on Earth is still required. Take the information you receive and bring it down to Earth. Connect with other humans outside of the internet to create tangible change in your reality. We must still do the work here. Waiting for a starseed group to handle it for us is bypassing our spiritual responsibility, and it takes us further away from our own ascension.

✨️Healing work is my passion and one of my main purposes alongside motherhood. It truly makes me feel alive and lights a fire in my heart—I just love doing it.
👩🌾When I'm not focused on healing or spiritual work, I enjoy gardening. I’m a bit sad that this year's gardening season is over. I feel like I didn’t accomplish much due to my pregnancy and the birth, but I still managed to harvest quite a bit of squash. These Zucchino rampicantes are wild! I got so many from just one vine.
🍰I also love baking, especially quick breads, muffins, pound cakes, cookies, and cheesecakes—not really into birthday cakes or cupcakes. In fact, during early labor, when I could still move through contractions, I was baking zucchini bread! Since I had a surplus of squash, I decided to make squash bread. It was the first time I got to bake since my baby was born, and I had so much fun dancing in the kitchen to music while I baked.
🙃The final presentation may have been a bit "rough and ready," as Paul Hollywood would say, but the flavor of that squash bread with brown butter maple glaze was phenomenal.
