Jaime Jahborie Baptiste (born June 26, 1990), better known by his stage names Jai Jones and jaijonesLIFE , is a Canadian rapper from Toronto, ON. Jones was raised in Jamaican, Kingston the first ten years of his life then moved to Toronto with his father. Since moving to Canada he lived on the West side of the city, on the Lake shore. In 2012 he released his first mixtape, "Drugz" (2012), And That gave him a buzz around the city giving him opportunities to host parties, sell "life" merchandise, opening for acts like MGK And French Montana. He also has been featured on WSHH and many Toronto blog sites. Jones is currently working on his next mixtape project "The Captain" (2013)
