The Vayyu Foundation®: Conservation and Empowerment
Founded in 2018 (Charity No. 1181313), The Vayyu Foundation® is an environmental conservation charity led by individuals from diverse BAME/BIPOC backgrounds. It addresses global ocean and land conservation challenges while empowering marginalised ethnic communities.
Key projects:
UOCEAN 2050: A global initiative connecting isolated communities to tackle ocean plastic pollution, foster collaboration, and create a healthier planet.
UEARTH® 2050: A UK-based programme promoting reforestation, rewilding, and accessible green spaces. It empowers minority communities through conservation and wellness activities like mindfulness, yoga, and creative arts.
UHUMANS: A humanitarian effort tackling gender-based violence, inequality, and exploitation. It promotes education, mental health, and gender equality, fostering dignity and empowerment.
