Having enjoyed ASMR on YouTube since 2015, I wanted to create a channel tailored around the triggers that I myself find to be the most relaxing. After many years, I finally pulled the trigger and made a video. I didn't necessarily plan to upload the video, it was more an exercise in getting used to the recording/editing process.
To my surprise, I actually enjoyed the process in its entirety, and a lot more than I expected. I knew that starting my own channel would help to scratch my creative itch, but what I didn't foresee was the therapeutic effect it would have on me beyond the ASMR; I enjoy the peacefulness of setting up my recording equipment in a quiet place late in the evening, and just chilling in front of the camera with some items and, perhaps more importantly for me, my own thoughts.
I hope that those same vibes can be felt through my videos, and I would be very happy if you would like to join me in my meditation.
