We are offering a wide range of self-defense courses & techniques. It's simply presented and easy to learn for anyone with no past physical experience.

- Fearlessly facing your opposer with no need for muscles.
- A wide knowledge of body's pressure points.
- Defensive techniques against all type of weapons and fully dealing with them.
- The ability of improvising weapons from simple objects surrounding in critical situations.
